All About Me
Hi, my name is Jessica. I always say I became a makeup artist by accident. I was always fascinated with the art of makeup application and what began as a hobby turned into a career. I began my training at MAC Cosmetics and soon became part of their elite group of makeup artists that traveled to help with industry events.
I've been doing professional makeup application since 2014 and have been investing in my education all along - from being certified in microblading, to lash extensions and more. In 2021, I enrolled myself in an esthetician program and am thrilled to be able to expand my services to my clients once again.

All About the Brand
Lucid & Co. was born during the pandemic that we now know so well. For many entrepreneurs, it was a chance to pivot and create new opportunities, and I did just that. I began selling silk masks and eyelashes and was so grateful for the support I received from my local followers. Salinas, CA has a huge heart!
With such great momentum behind me, I decided to expand my brand and officially became Lucid & Co. (previously Minks by Jess). I really put my heart into building this brand and make sure every detail is perfect. From the positive messaging I place in my packaging, to the overall quality of my products - I couldn't be more excited to be offering more boutique items.
This online store was also created to replace the income I will be missing out on due to my continued education in the beauty industry. I am currently enrolled in an esthetician program and won't have as much availability for my personal clients.
